Gregory K. Hammond, J.D., As the Chief Executive Officer and President, Greg, brings over thirty years experience as an Executive, Administrator, Counselor and Educator. Formerly, Mr. Hammond served as the CEO/President of Avant-Garde Business Technologies, Inc., a Philadelphia based technology company and former Vice President and General Counsel to an international company that sold medical supplies to the former Soviet Union and the West Indies. As a Former Executive Director of the International Policy Institute, Mr. Hammond has served as counsel to governments and corporations in Africa, West indies, South and Central America. Mr. Hammond has served as a staff and faculty member teaching international law & public policy at Swarthmore College and Lincoln University, respectively. Mr. Hammond as the founder of The Public Law Project, Inc. a non-profit organization has worked closely with incarcerated adult and juveniles by teaching them the law. Along with his professional activities Mr. Hammond has served on the Board of Directors of The Friends of the Russian Ballet, The American Cancer Society, The Pennsylvania Clean-Air Council, and Community Dispute, Settlement. Mr. Hammond received his undergraduate education at Columbia University and University of Pennsylvania, where he received a B.A. in Folklore and was a member of the Onyx Honor Society. Mr. Hammond received his Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University Law Center where he was a Henry Lucey Scholar.

C. Tyrone Jennings, MA, Ph.D., Dr. Jennings, as Vice President of Operations he brings over thirty years of experience to The Hammond Group, Inc., in the criminal justice discipline, serving in the capacities of Administrator, Case manager, and Therapist. Dr. Jennings oversees all management issues, operations, program and staffing for all sites with The Hammond Group, Inc. As a Certified Clinical Forensic Therapist, Dr. Jennings, has provided a direct relationship with government agencies, i.e., FBI, US Attorney’s Office, US Marshall’s Office, Parole Commission, Bureau of Prisons and Federal Judiciary.

Juanita M. Blakney, Ed.D. ,L.P.C., As the Licensed Clinical Director for The Hammond Group, Inc. for the state of New Jersey, Dr. Blakney, brings over 50 years of experience in education and therapy to the position. Dr. Blakney has served in capacities as a Teacher, Guidance Counselor, Consultant in Education and Therapist where she has interfaced with the Philadelphia School District, DYFS in state of New Jersey and Value Options. Dr. Blakney is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the states of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Dr. Blakney oversees all clinical issues for The Hammond Group, Inc. in the states of New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Dennis L. Gilliams, Ph.D, As a nationally licensed Certified Behavioral Therapist brings over 40 years of experience as a Scientist, Therapist and Educator, Health Counselor. As a Researcher at the Center for Minority Studies at the Brookings Institution, HIV Antibody Testing and Counseling for the Department of Health. A respected teacher, Dr. Gilliams was selected “Who’s Who Among America’s Teachers” and as a Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapist serves as an advisor to the National Association Cognitive-Behavioral Therapists.
Donald Recupido, LPC, Don brings over 30 years of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Individual and Family Therapist and advance training in group dynamics. Don received both his undergraduate and graduate degree from Temple University. He is certified in school guidance, and is licensed in New Jersey as a professional counselor by the Board of marriage and family working with both children and adults. Elizabeth M. Quintavalle, LCSW, As a Clinical Supervisor for the State of New Jersey and Maryland, Ms. Quintavalle brings over 10 years experience to The Hammond Group, Inc. Ms. Quintavalle has acquired State Clinical Licensure in both New Jersey and Maryland on an Advanced Standing Level. Her experience working in the Maryland Prison System provided the opportunity to work with male and female youth offenders. In addition to working in Maryland State Facilities, Ms. Quintavalle brings knowledge working in Special Education and Residential Programs, adding even more multi-dimensional experience to The Hammond Group, Inc. Her past clinical endeavors have helped her to recognize the needs of The Hammond Group, Inc., clients and the ability to provide specialized and individualized plans of care.
Along with her Professional activities, Ms. Quintavalle also travelled the world in the Merchant Marines gaining a privileged vantage point to see many different nations; cross many seas; and gain wisdom of other cultures which created a lifelong need for a multi-level understanding and appreciation for human diversity. Dr. Sebastian Dovi, is a leader in the Medical Management and Clinical Integration arena. His experiences as a clinical physician, instructor at an academic medical center, market medical director, and consulting practice leader have enabled him to assist Managed Care Organizations develop the structure, process, information technology platform, and measurement criteria to succeed in today’s highly competitive and challenging healthcare market. He has 19 years of clinical and 22 years of managed care experience.
Dr. Dovi has been medical consultant for Centene Corporation and was a principal at two big five accounting firms and the leader of their Health Care Consulting Clinical Integration Practices. He was employed by Coopers & Lybrand as the regional director of Medical Management and Aetna Health He was a physician in the United States Navy for 10 years and served as Chief of Medicine at Roosevelt Roads, PR. He practiced Internal Medicine and Cardiology for 19 years and chaired the Credentialing Committee, ICU/CCU Committee and Pharmacy Committee at Memorial Hospital.
Dr. Dovi holds a BS in Biology and an MD from Georgetown University. He did his internship and residency at the Bethesda Naval Hospital. He has held medical licenses in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland and Washington DC and membership in numerous organizations including American College of Physicians, American College of Physician Executives and American Medical Association. He is a Diplomat of the National Board of Medical Examiners. Dr. Dovi has had several speaking engagements including “When Capitation Knocks”, the “Future of Health Care” and has addressed the American Association of Cost Engineers on the “Drivers of Medical Health Care Costs”.
Psychologist
Julie Abrams Faude (B.A., Wesleyan University; M.A., The New School for Social Research; Ph.D. Bryn Mawr College; Post-Doctoral Training at University of Pennsylvania) is a Clinical Psychologist and Supervisor at Bloomingdale Psychological Services.
Dr. Julie Faude has been practicing clinical psychology since 1985 in private, clinic/hospital and school settings. Areas of expertise include attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder; school and peer relationship problems; management of toddlers and preschoolers; adjustment issues associated with learning disabilities and other developmental disorders; separation, divorce and remarriage; adolescent transitions; parenting issues; and college life. Since 1997, Dr. Faude has been a psychologist in the Lower School of The Episcopal Academy and as served as the Upper School Learning Specialist. She continues in the role of LS Psychologist at EA. Dr. Faude is also a Certified Bereavement Counselor and is qualified to work with children and families who have experienced the loss of a child, sibling or parent.
Dr. Faude utilizes a multidisciplinary approach to interpersonal difficulties by collaborating with parents and schools to foster adjustment and competence in school, at home and in the community. In particular, Dr. Faude’s clinical approach involves a variety of techniques including play therapy, cognitive therapy, insight-oriented dynamic therapy, behavior management and psycho-social education. As an Adjunct Professor at Bryn Mawr College, Dr. Faude has taught Clinical Psychology courses and has supervised graduate students. Dr. Faude is a School Psychologist and provides Special Education consultations to parents managing the IEP process. She has taught parenting education courses throughout the Main Line, including S.T.E.P. (Systematic Training in Educating Parents). Dr. Faude’s research interests are in the area of urban community art and its impact on self-esteem as well as on developmental implications of friendship patterns and more recently has been studying neurophysiological consequences of soccer in girls (mild traumatic brain injuries).

Marvin H Berman, PhD is a licensed psychologist with a doctorate in group and organizational psychology and is certified in EEG Biofeedback and Bioenergetic Analysis. He conducts a private psychotherapy practice working with children, adolescents, adults and couples. He is a nationally recognized expert in dual diagnosis and has consulted at the state and local level on the design of training programs for therapists and supervisors who work with clients struggling with substance abuse and psychiatric illnesses.
Dr. Berman is a founding member of the Philadelphia Center for Organizational Dynamics which is affiliated with A. K. Dr. Adentunji brings a world of knowledge to The Hammond Group. As a General and Forensic Psychiatrist, Dr. Adentunji is licensed in New Jersey, New York, Michigan, Indiana, Pennsylvania, as well as by the General Council in the UK and Nigeria. Dr. Adentunji was most recently certified by the American College of Forensic Examiners Institute in 2008 but also holds many other certifications. As for a working history, Dr. Adentunji has a background in Hospitals, Psychiatric Centers and working within correctional facilities in New York and Philadelphia. Sharing expertise in a wide variety of Psychiatry, Dr. Adentunji has worked independently on Depression and Anxiety, Criminal Responsibility, Sexual Abuse, Drug and Alcohol Abuse as well as many other aspects of Forensic Psychiatry.

Patricia Donnelly brings more than 25 years experience serving community nonprofit and healthcare organizations. As Marketing Communications Director, Pat plans and develops programs that will provide effective service for children and adults. Working with the nonprofit community, Ms Donnelly designs and implements substance abuse prevention programs, vocational training programs and violence prevention programs. Ms. Donnelly works government leaders to improve safety in schools. Ms. Donnelly is a graduate of St. Joseph’s University with a B.S. in Marketing.

Jason Chambers, Senior Program Associate
Jason brings over 13 years of experience as a Behavioral Counselor in various settings. He has worked with individuals with developmental disabilities such as autism, mental retardation and brain injury. Jason also has experience working with diabetic clients with Developmental disabilities and has provided structure and support to residential group homes for clients suffering from substance abuse in Philadelphia and in New Jersey. He also assists in developing individualized treatment plans and crisis prevention and intervention. Jason serves as a Senior Program Associate at Bancroft NeuroHealth programs in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.
Jerome Chambers, Program Associate
Jerome brings over 17 years of experience as a Mental Health Counselor, with experience working with the adult, geriatric, adolescent populations. Jerome has worked on a dual – diagnosis psychiatry unit at Mt Sinai hospital in Philadelphia. Additional work experience includes Thomas Jefferson Hospital Geriatric Psychiatry unit. Jerome is well versed in running many different types of group therapy. Presently Jerome is attending a nursing program and intends to specialize in addictions.
Jeffrey Chambers M. Ed, Program Associate
Jeffrey brings over 20 years experience in Human services. He has worked with individuals struggling with behavioral health issues, as well as the challenges of substance use and abuse. Jeffrey also worked with individuals suffering psychiatric pathology and has extensive knowledge using psychotherapeutic techniques, such as Motivational Interviewing Cognitive Behavioral therapy and Harm reduction. Jeffrey worked 10 years at Mt. Sinai hospital in Philadelphia on the dual diagnosis unit. Additional work experience includes, The Consortium as an Intensive Case Manager where he coordinated and linked consumers to behavioral health and substance abuse treatment services, and Greater Trenton Behavioral Healthcare, where he facilitated group and individual therapy.

Is a Marriage and Family Therapist. She has worked in the field of Family Therapy for 10 years, working as an Consultant for several Behavioral Health agencies. Mrs. Mckenzie has worked as a Educational Consultant for the New Jersey Department of Education on the Collaborative Assessment and Planning for Achievement Committee. She has also been a Guidance Counselor, and Reading Specialist. Mrs. Mckenzie also facilitates wellness retreats at East of Eden Villa & Wellness Spa in Montego Bay, Jamaica.

Nursing Supervisor NJ, PA
Jeffrey Rutberg, RN, MN, is a registered Nurse who has been working in home care as a case manager for almost 8 years. He has a vast experience in Nursing Management, Nursing Education and Field Nursing spanning 30 years. His undergraduates nursing education was at Alfred university (BSN) in New York state and he achieved a masters degree in nursing from Louisiana State University . Most recently Jeff graduated from the Connecticut School of Broadcasting in 2008 and has been working in broadcasting, hosting his health talk show, over the last year on WNWR 1540 AM, Let’s Talk Health airs Tuesdays from 1-2 pm.
